She is a B Tech (Electronics and Communication) NIT, Jamshedpur, M Tech (IT) IIIT, Bangalore and a Doctorate from Kings University, USA in Business Management. A Perfectionist who has a flair for Innovative ideas, she brings along with her a youthful zeal into the Group. With her Academic brilliance and job experience she has led the Innovative Group and Ananta Holistic Wellness to a higher level of Professionalism and Perfection.
Shruti is a Past President of a Rotary Club and actively involved in a lot of philanthropic activity and recipient of many National and International Awards.

Dr. Beena P Kumar is a second generation Entrepreneur who brings along with her more than 30 years of rich and varied entrepreneurial experience of working in a wide spectrum of industries ranging from FMCG, Cosmetology, Garment and Hotel Industry. She was also managing her own Hotel, Restaurant and subsequently HPCL Petroleum Bunk at Chennai.
Beena is a qualified Doctor and a multi-talented person who oversees the Wellness and Hospitality division of the Group.
